4P (Product, Price, Place and Promotion)
Product always come first. If you have a quality product, clean, unique and any other thing that make your consumer like your product. All the consumer will come to you, no matter how expensive your product and how far your place. For example; Traditional food will be looking by people eventhough the place was far away from the city. Another example was Car of mercedes benz, known as good quality and high price, but people still buy it.
Price come second. People basically like to safe money. Some educated and wealthy people for sure will choose quality first then price. But for the medium and poor people for sure they will choose price. For example ; China product, especially hand phone no matter how good blackberry or iphone, chinese hand phone will be choose because of the cheap price, eventhough the quality was different
Place come third. If you have medium quality of product and medium price, most people will visit your place, as long as your position was strategic in the center of city or market. For example ; fast food in the airport, eventhough there were options to buy outside the airport, due to hungry and simplicity, people prefer to stay at airport and buy anything available there
